Returns/Exchanges Policy

Firstly THANKYOU for purchasing or considering purchasing an ESB bikini!! We want you to absolutely LOVE your bikini like we do! However, if it didn't meet your expectations follow our Returns and Exchanges guidelines here:


1. Kindly email us to notify us of your problem and intent to return or exchange.
2. Get ready to pack and send your item with proof of purchase.
3. Wait for us to email you with notification of a refund or exchange approval.
4. If approved, check your mail box or bank account.

Specifically for Returns:
Our return policy is a 7 day policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ESB reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item has been worn or tampered with in any way. Please provide proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has the approval or rejection of your refund. A refund will be made the same way as your purchase. Please allow a few days for this to complete.

For Exchanges:
Our exchange policy is 14 day policy. Exchanges can be made to replace items if they are defective or damaged. The defective item must be received within 14 days upon where we will email you to notify you of its arrival. Please provide proof of purchase. Once inspected and approved an exchange will be sent to the address that the original item was sent to. If not approved no exchange will take place. Customers willing to exchange can only exchange for the same style &/ or different size. If you are exchanging for a sold out item, you must then select an available item for the same price in its place.
You may exchange for change of sizing. This also must be done within 14 days and must be received in original unworn condition, in the same packaging with hygiene sticker intact. We must receive the exchange within 14 days and the following procedures will be completed as above.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may want to consider tracking your item as we cannot guarantee we will receive the item.

Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return. No exceptions.
